4. Credits & Payments

• Credits are consumed each time a video is generated
• Credits are non-refundable once used
• Paid credits and subscriptions are managed through our payment providers (Stripe / Creem)
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice
• Unused credits expire as specified in your plan

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Generate explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Upload images of individuals without their consent
• Use the Service for spam, scams, or fraudulent activities
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of images you upload
• You have full commercial rights to videos generated through paid plans
• Free plan videos may include watermarks
• The Service's branding, design, and technology remain our property

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to refuse or remove any content that violates these terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, interrupted service, or unsatisfactory video output.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
